Getting Fat & Going Broke (GFGB) seems to be the default status of many of us. I know it was for me. Through a series of fortunate events and circumstances, I was able to right the ship and begin the journey towards improving my life. There are a lot of blogs out there that speak to money or health. The focus of the GFGB blog and future podcast is to emphasize the link between the two. For the sake of this conversation, we will use the term “Life Optimization” frequently. Very dramatic, I know! Being a better human (dad, husband, friend, co-worker, son, etc…) is the goal. We will explore many topics and invite a lot of voices to contribute to furthering this message. The creation of this blog was/is not the start but rather a step along the way. The blog itself will try and tell the whole story. Enjoy!
